I have never had a bad experience at the Green Reed Spa - until Saturday - I have never used their salon before, and like I said their spa and massages are great - but after spending $55 (without tip) on a pedicure - I could have done a better job myself - the person doing my nails was very nice and pleasant - but I am not sure she was a certified nail technician - I did not see any certificate posted in the salon - but I didn't really look either - but I needed to file my toe nails when I got home because they were still rough - the chairs were nice, but the water was only warm and got cold fast - the lady doing my toes did not remove the oil well from my toes and my polish is VERY streaky - I will not go back for any salon service at Green Reed again - also, the friend that went with me, her nail person cut her cuticles too much, and she ended up with a sore bleeding toe - very disappointed since all my other experiences have been so positive
