This spa is the best kept secret in the south hills! The employees always extend a warm welcome making you feel like you have returned home. They offer many fabulous services. Some of my favorites include the nail shellac which lasts on your nails for two weeks and the ionic cleanse which helps you detox. They also have fabulous and friendly hair stylists. I feel as if I have only scratched the surface but will continue to keep you posted as I explore more services. A must try spa. You will certainly enjoy the high quality services provided. Just like all the other reviews, I wish I didn't have to put a star. Where do I begin? Let's start with the moronic owner. She is very unprofessional in that she talks about clients to the employees and about employees to the clients. She is like something straight out of high school. I would suggest going to another spa to save yourself the drama. Besides that, the only positive thing from this experience was the decor.

I can't even give this spa a star but I am forced to in order to post. If you have any physical disabilities, you will not want to use this facility. You will be humiliated by having to ride a chairlift or forced to climb very steep stairs just to get into the facility. This is not the place to go if you want a relaxing spa experience. The staff is also anything but serene. If you want rude people who humiliate you because you're disabled, then this is the place for you.

Disrepectful and rude... Had price discrepancy between what I was quoted and what I was charged. Called to discuss the matter and was constantly interrupted and staff member would not listen. Very disappointed in the manner the situation was addressed. Origianlly planned as an office annual event but now, we will NOT return, nor will we recommend it to others.
