This should be a 5 star rating, it is definitely 5 stars for Katrece. I am going to start this review by describing all the wonderful traits Katrece has - she is patient, listens to what you want, has a keen eye for style, balance, what best frames your face, she understands what is best suited for fine hair or thick and completely works with you, taking her time to ensure you walk out with the absolute best cut possible. If you are going to this salon, an appointment with her is clearly well worth it. Today Katrece, again did a great job, considering what she had to work with and the situation. I was nervous about going back to this salon, as I had been there just 3 days earlier and had my hair cut (by someone other than Katrece). I called and explained to her that I had been in Tuesday and told her who cut my hair (a man) and that I was extremely unhappy. She immediately told me to come in so that she could take a look at it. Despite having told the male stylist, at the time of the cut, exactly what I wanted and didn't want (e.g., nothing that look thinned, no clown hair), he left me with what I can only describe as a shoddy, uneven cut -- exactly what I said I didn't want. Katrece took one look at my hair and knew what to do to correct the problem so that I had something that looked good and would bridge me until my next cut. Today she performed what I consider to be nothing short of a miracle. I left with a cut close to what I originally wanted. I was not charged for the correction cut. I have learned my lesson, I know to always schedule appointments with Katrece, if she is unavailable - I wait. I am sort of new to the area and have tried a number of salons (e.g., Avante, Balance - their staff pushes products, etc.) and was never happy with the ownership, management or stylists at these places. Learn from my experience! If you are looking for a superb stylist, you know who to see - Katrece.

I have always had great service. They do a great job, have a decent array of product, and its a friendly place. I always go to Chris I. She does a great job.
