I have been going to Balance for about 2 years now and couldn't be happier! The West Chester location is so relaxing and chic. Right in the heart of town, convenient to parking and surrounded by fun shops and great food. Whitney, my stylist there, does INCREDIBLE work and is a color wizard! Not only is she amazing with color but her cuts are fabulous and she is great at explaining exactly what she's going to do. If you're looking for the perfect hair experience I highly recommend visiting Balance Hair Spa Studio in West Chester!!

I refuse to go to any other salon! I look forward to my appointments like I would a dream vacation. My hair always looks great--perfect color and cut every time! Thomas is a master and the rest of the staff is fabulous.

I have been going to Balance Hair Spa for many years. Thomas has done a wonderful job with their new site. It is modern, yet feels relaxing. They just opened a second one in West Chester and although it is small, it too has a wonderful atmosphere. Lately, I have been going to Keyanna and she is fantastic. She is great with color and with cut and sometimes it is hard to find someone that does both well. She is great and I highly recommend her.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Balance. The stylists have always been very receptive to any ideas I have and very creative with the colors I have chosen. They are never dismissive of new and interesting thoughts. Seeing the creativity of the stylists makes me feel like they are open to trying new things and willing to learn the latest trends. I always feel like I am in good hands here!

I found Balance Hair Spa by accident, but it's no accident that I have remained a client. I have always wanted to do something wild with my hair and my stylist, Megan Maloney, listened to what I wanted and created the most beautiful shades of purple highlights for me - My hair is healthy and as the color has faded over the weeks it still looks great, not bleached out and fried like these colors sometimes do. The staff at Balance really wants you to love your hair and enjoy your experience! The entire staff is amazing and friendly and the atmosphere is chic but very comfortable.
