My husband and I went in 2011. I just forgot to review on Google. It was a great experience. We had valet parking and they were fast with having our car ready every time. The room was kind a small but still nice and most important, it was clean. It right on the beach so no long drive. We had a partial ocean view and it was beautiful seeing the street and ocean. The staff was nice and courteous. It was not to far from entertainment walking on foot or driving. We walked to some restaurants around. We enjoyed the mini golf as well. It was not hard to find because of the bold color. Prices were good. Great atmosphere!

I've stayed here a number of times and I always look forward to staying here. The staff are courteous and welcoming. I'm not sure whether there are other accommodations within Anderson Ocean Club, but those that are a part of Hilton are well equipped with kitchens, pots, pans, coffee maker, and virtually anything else you might need to cook a full meal. The lazy river and hot tubs are great as well. I've always found this property to be relaxing and rejuvenating. The units are a little narrow and can feel a bit small in the smaller (e.g. studio, 1 bedroom) units.

Older resort but nicely maintained. On the beach and in a quiet spot on the Beach. Rooms are clean and spacious . will go back again.

Just got back from our week of relaxing at the Anderson. We our Hilton timeshare owners with our "Home" in Las Vegas at the Elara. We did have a studio suite on the 12th floor which had a small side balcony looking at an angle to the ocean. Pros: Great place to stay. We will go back again. The staff was very friendly, always spoke when you passed them or were in the elevator with them. The front desk was very pleasant also even tho it was very hectic with check out/check ins during the 4th of July weekend. I think people need to know (because we didn't) your room has a "scheduled" housekeeping day. Ours was Tuesday. We arrived on Saturday and asked Sunday night when housekeeping would be in our room. That's when we found out. Once you know, it's no big deal. We keep our room clean anyway. If you need more towels just call and they are there in a few minutes. You can set your trash outside your door and they will pick it up. The room was very nice, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice with a full refrigerator and dishwasher. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. Cons: NO water pressure! It made taking showers a little hard :) And, the pressure never changed. Always low. The bathroom sink in the studio is very small with no counter. Also, the internet was down more than it was up. We would have liked a bigger balcony as it only had 1 chair and a small patio end table fits. Overall, we would definitely stay again. We just need to set a reminder to book well in advance to get a bigger room. The Anderson books up quickly. Thank you Anderson Ocean Spa for a wonderful vacation!

I wouldn't go as far as calling this a vacation resort..It is remodeled condo homes. This was a very low budget place as far as other places I have stayed. The rooms were small, amenities were lacking in the room and in resort itself. The sofa bed was HORRIFIC being that it was only 2 inches high and able to feel the springs in it! The pool area did not have a shower, just a small water area to rise your feet and a sprayer for the rest of you. Parking was across the way, equivalent to a small blocks walk. Parking had a enter and exit but the staff kept the exit blocked with there work vehicles and laundry carts so you were forced to go out the enter! I will say the staff were very nice. I guess they will put all the money in the new resort they are building and neglect this one since it is partially owned by the condo residents. Then while you are there you are trying to be tempted into buying a timeshare. You are welcomed with all the happy faces, teeth showing, and shaking hands staff but as soon as you decline they get up for the last time without a thank you or goodbye and send someone else in to sell you 1 last vacation package. My presenter was JEROME, a short black guy who ACTED as if he cared about me and my family until I declined, no good! Will most likely not return to this place.....The staff was very nice and off the beach. This is the only reason for 2 stars!
