I have gone to this place a total of three times. Once was years ago, when they first opened and the acrylic nails they put on me cracked the second I tried to open a can of soda minutes after I left. I swore to never return. However, I was in the area and I really needed to have my nails done about two weeks ago. That time wasn't as bad. I asked for them rounded and the shape of my nails came out horrible and wonky. I figured that I could have them fixed when I returned. I returned to have my nails filled in today and the fill was literally the worst. The woman nearly tore up my cuticle and didn't put the powder all the way down the sides of my nails. There's so many blemishes with the fill, and on top of that, the clear coat didn't dry apparently and most of my nails were smudged. I didn't notice until I got outside. It was 40 dollars down the drain. The staff is very friendly, and the salon is very clean and well maintained, but I won't ever be returning.

Have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years, every 3 weeks. Pedi's and acrylic fills. The techs are well trained, friendly and courteous. More importantly, the workstations and pedi spa's are always spotless. With more than a dozen nail spas within a 2 miles radius, it's easy to go to a competitor if the service doesn't measure up. Never felt the need to do so and will continue to give them my business.

Save your time, money, cuticles. If you like bloody cuticles, ugly nails and public humiliation then this is the place for you. Otherwise run the other way. They do what they want rather than what you ask them to do. When you ask them to fix mistakes they treat you like an idiot. I had a horrible experience and left in tears with bloody feet vowing never to go back. Months later I thought I would give it another try thinking it could have been just an off day and maybe I got the new guy. Left with bloody fingers, the fill looks horrible and now I get to try and scrape the excess crap they used off my skin. Fail.

This Nail & Spa was recommended to me by a co-worker and I thought that I would give it a try. This was my first time ever getting my nails done professionally so I was a bit nervous. But I can't say anything bad about this place. I walked in was greeted and didn't even have to wait. I had both a mani and a pedi done and the two ladies that did my nails were amazing. They did a pretty good job and they even talked to me. I get what some of the other reviewers were saying about the ladies talking to each other they did that to me also but it didn't really bother me much. I mean it can get pretty awkward if three people are just sitting there not saying anything for like 30-45 minutes. If I was in their shoes, I would probably be talking also! But like I said beforehand, I love this place,I will definitely be going back I alsoo love the fact that it's about 10 minutes from my house!(=
