DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! BEWARE OF MANAGER, BILL FAUQUIER This was probably my third and my last visit to this carwash due to THE MANAGER. I was vaccuming my brand new mazda 6 that I just bought and had for a week. After I finished, I sat down to make a phone call before I went through the wash. Bill came up to my vehicle stating that I was taking to long and was taking up space in his bay. I was astonished by his rude behavior towards me and told him once I'm off the phone I will. Let me remind you, there was plenty of open spaces available for other cars so I didn't feel the need to move my car right then and there. He then continued to walk around my vehicle writing "wash me" on the hood and trunk of my car, cussing up a storm, and telling me to get the f*@# off his property. THEN he had the audacity to punch my car leaving a huge dent on the trunk to where my paint is now chipping. I immediately called Wylie police and he was arrested. This is the manager at the carwash. A professional individual that I could go to in case there was a problem. Bill was the exact opposite. I am now in the middle of legal actions just because Bill thought I was taking "to long and to much space". This man obviously has major anger issues and I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm having to deal with.

Vehicle was scratched up after going through the 15 dollar wash- new 2014 cruze now has scratches not only on the paint but on the rear driver glass. Would not recommend period.

Pretty unimpressed. I pulled up and spoke with an attendant who was very pleasant. Took his upsell for a free $4 wash within 5 days of the wash that day (nice, considering it was going to rain in a few days). Attendant near the wash itself wasn't as pleasant. He rushed the attendant and me to move along (it was nowhere near closing time). The wash itself left much to be desired. I saw a lot of soap spots, and the back wasn't even rinsed. My car wasn't dried well, either. The clean towels they provide looked no different from the dirty towels sitting right beside them. They were just as damp as the dirty ones, too. It cleaned my tires pretty well, though. Probably won't be coming back. I was kinda surprised after reading some other reviews of the place.

They treat the employers like trash and don't pay them. When I went up there the manager was yelling at me and was cursing me out in the parking lot. Threatened me by saying he knows where I live.

I go here once a week and I highly recommend it. The staff is always friendly and helpful and do a great job on my truck. Love the self vacuum and free towels for drying off my vehicle. Lately they started doing detail work. The last time I went they washed vacuumed and did a quick detail on the inside for $25.00. It a pleasant experience every time I go.
