Very enjoyable. The front reception staff was courteous and made us feel welcome. The waiting area was peaceful, yet the furniture was close together,(sharing energic space with others) and not the most comfortable,(lounge chairs are nice for relaxing), but it worked. The therapists were both delightful, attentive and respectful to our needs. My son said it was the best massage he has ever received. Again the reception staff who checked us out were friendly and made sure that we were pleased with the services. We both would definitely come back to this Massage Envy.
