I've been going to this place for over a year and have no complaints. The front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful and the building and clean and beautiful. The massage therapist are professional and great! I would definitely recommend this place.

I can't speak to the actual massage as I haven't been able to reach anyone to schedule it. I have called 5 times over the last two days (during business hours) to schedule a message and have always reached a machine indicating all service reps are busy and to leave a message (no option to hold on for next available rep). I left a message the first time I called and still have yet to hear anything back. Very frustrating. I received a gift membership and wanted to schedule an initial massage. If this is how service is, once used I will never be back.

I am a member & have never once had a negative experience. The front desk staff is always super accomodating & genuinely nice, and my massage therapist is simply amazing. I am always made to feel comfortable, and I cannot imagine anyone having a bad experience. The front desk staff explains the details of a membership & makes everything crystal clear and easy to understand. It really is a wonderful place & I highly recommend it!

The staff was AMAZING and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through what to expect. This was my first massage ever and they treated me right. My therapist seemed to have hands of magic, they now have me as a customer for life! Im going in for a Facial and Aroma Therapy Massage next week. I recomend everyone make time to visit them, it'll be worth it!
