Worst business practices ever. Scheduled a massage online. Got email confirmation after booking appt. The day before my appt I got another email confirmation reminding me about my appt. An hour before my appt I received a text reminding me about my appt. I arrived 10 minutes before my schedule appt and the doors were locked. It was 10 degrees outside with snow on the ground. I walked back to my car to sit....and sit...and sit....I called and texted her continuously for the past week....I have heard nothing! Mimi obviously doesn't respect her customers time. I will NEVER recommend her services to anyone. She wasted an hour of my time and the fact that she hasn't returned any phone calls, texts, or emails.
