Front desk staff is very brisk and rude, the doctor, Gaughf is worse. Hardly spoke to me, just started examining me without even asking me why I was there, when I asked what she was doing, she got very rude, when I asked her about a mole on my neck, she brushed off my concern like it was an annoyance. I went once and I will NEVER go again, I have not referred anyone there either. Patients are people and we deserve to be treated with respect. Also, you can hear the staff bickering with each other while you are at the window. Not a nice enviorment. Steer clear!

Professional and Knowledgeable. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years and I have high expectations. Dr. Gaughf and her staff are friendly and compassionate. I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Other dermatology offices in the area could not get me in for three months. Dr. Gaughf took the time to listen to my problems with my skin and recommend several methods of treatment. My skin has never looked better. I have also seen her Aesthetician Debbie, she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Debbie helped me find a skin care regiment that has completely rejuvenated my skin. I would not go to any one else.

Very impressed with Dr Gaughf. She took care of my psoarisis outbreak with a treament I had never received before (I've had psoarisis since I was 20...going on 30 years) and it's working like a champ. On top of that She quickly spotted a patch that to her looked supicious and took a biospy of what I thought was a psoarisis patch. Turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma. Think I've found myself a reason to make regular appointments to see a dermatolgist. Thank you Dr Gaughf and staff.

By far the best dermatologist in the area. Dr. Gaughf became my physician when I moved to Savannah 7 years ago. Since then she has been instrumental in my skin health, and I have found a second family in her staff. Debbie, her aesthetician, is extremely talented and passionate. They carry the best pharmaceutical grade skin-care products and have provided me with several complimentary consultaitons to find what is best for me.
