I came into Glow for the first time last week and I, without a doubt, received the best massage I've ever had. My massage therapist, Amy, was extremely professional and listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond making sure that I was comfortable and that she went over all of my problem areas. Not only was the massage itself wonderful, but Amy was nothing but polite, thoughtful, and a great listener. I also experienced proficient customer service as I checked in and as I left. All of the girls put in their best effort and left me feeling like I could come back every day! Thank you ladies for a flawless experience at Glow!

I called to set up an appointment and the person who answers the phone, who is also mainly sitting behind the front desk, approx. 5'6, slim and has long dark hair, is so rude, and a snob on the phone. I have had my eye brows waxed (which was good), facial (terrible), and laser hair removal above my upper lip and sideburns, woman who did it (Gigi, i believe) was very nice but said that after several appointments my hair would be thinner or gone. After 5 times, i still have not seen a difference in the hair thinning. After my services, i went to pay and the RUDE girl behind the front desk, gave me a total. I asked for a military discount and she said, "WELL, you already got the lowest price for the service (she was talking about the laser hair removal). I said ok, but you still offer a discount per the owner. she replied, "Fine, but next time i will not give you a discount!" She doesn't own the damn place and has no business telling me she can't give me a discount when it is company policy! I have been to Glowmed several times and have given gift certificates to a couple of my friends (when i first starting going there). Each time i have spent over $100 to $200. It's bad business to be rude and snobby, as she was. I will NEVER go again. Don't know why it's so hard to get GOOD service these days. Imagine if people tried harder to just be nice and take pride in their work. I will not recommend to anyone including military families!

Wax was really good!!!!! :) I tried calling them about a year ago and the receptionist wasn't super friendly - but this time it was better!
