I used another hair removal company before, and was not satisfied my (lack of) results, so I decided to try Ideal Image. While the prices were a little steep for my graduate student budget (you can pay in installments), you certainly get what you pay for! The treatments are working wonderfully, I never have to wait for my appointment, and every single employee is friendly. The location is easy to find, appointment times are always available, and staff are very understanding of rescheduling (I live 45 minutes away, and sometimes I sleep past my alarm...oops). I am so pleased with my experience at Ideal Image I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering hair removal. For the sake of comparison, I have an olive skin tone (Hispanic descent), that tans very easily, with thick black hair.

Great service! Staff and facilities are awesome, clean and friendly. I have had good results with my laser treatments. Although some finer blond hairs remain (and they were honest about that before I began services), all dark hair is gone. The laser treatments are not too painful, but I opted to start using the numbing cream. Appointments are flexible and they provide reminder phone calls.

I love it! Started with underarms then added bikini area. The staff is friendly. They always call to remind me of my appointments. The hair is at least 75% gone already on bikini and I'm only a few treatments in. Saves me so much time on shaving and I don't think it hurts that bad. Have not needed any numbing cream at all. And they have payment plans!

I was so scared to do laser hair removal, but thanks to the staff at Ideal Image they made it a very comfortable setting and experience for me. I love my results! Thanks ladies!!
