Angel did great on my massage. I have been to many LMT and have never experienced professionalism the way Angel presented herself. I felt refreshed and will be back.

I am very disappointed in the service at Vanity Day Spa, dealing with one particular stylist ALEXIS. The way I was treated was very disrespectful ,and highly unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. I sat there while my hair was being done by ALEXIS singing loudly in my ear and talking very rude in my ear while holding a very hot hair styling tool. I will not be back because of the way I was treated after spending a good amount of money there over the past months, I am sad to see such a nice place, be disrespected by one person. The company and this stylist is losing money because of one persons actions, and I am sad to say I will not be back. I have never had such rude service. My money has gone to waste. A very dissatisfied customer. I was hung up on over the phone as well, after trying to set a appointment with someone new and she claims that there is urrwntly a strict one person policy where its one customer per stylist."It makes no sense that I am only allowed to see one stlyist everytime. Its a right that I can change stylist at my request. I have no contract to with you, espically after her behaviors. The behavior started not long after being there for just a few months! I am hard working individual, with a good career, values, and goals, and deserve to be treated with respect like everyone else. Its sad to say that she claims herself..."The Manager"

I loved this spa!!! Sarita gave me an exceptional prenatal massage. The front desk was so welcoming, they ran on time, and the salon was so clean! At 34 weeks pregnant, it was nice to be pampered. My best friend made all the arrangements over the phone and all I had to do was show up! Definitely will be back!
