Have been going here for years with great luck. The staff do a wonderful job with me and my kids. My hair is very thick and has been very long to very short and everything in between. Emily is wonderful.

I have been to Escape several times now, and every time I leave feeling relaxed and gorgeous. I have long, thick, difficult hair and have received a fantastic color and cut every single time. My eyebrows are perfectly shaped with every waxing. The massages are super relaxing, and they even manage to work out the knots and sore spots I so often live with. I love the atmosphere of the entire salon and feel pampered with each visit. With all the services they offer, I don't have any reason to go anywhere else.

I went here a few months back to have feathers put in. I found the rates were higher than other places but thought that the pricing would match the service received. While there, I found the service very accommodating and friendly with Emily. I thought that the feathers were sticking out a bit but figured that I could flatten it out with a straightener. I was wrong. When I realized my mistake, the salon was closed and I just went somewhere else to get it fixed. The other salon told me that the feathers were put in wrong side up, so that's why it was pulling at my scalp and was sticking out. When I advised owner, Nicole, she was not sympathetic and took on an "I don't care" attitude. She ended up telling me that she's sorry her hours aren't good enough for me and the feathers are a matter of personal preference and its completely my fault. I don't often become upset with service received or complain often, but Nicole's response was completely rude and surprising to hear. Basically, they can take your money. But when you call to tell them and let them know how you feel and ask for compensation or a respectable response, you won't get it. I won't be coming back here. Salons are based on customer satisfaction and once this salon has your dollars in their account, they toss you out. Watch out, I wish I could give 0 stars.

I really like this salon! The girls there are all professional and very nice. They offer a wide variety of services from hair, nails, massage, microdermabrasion, etc... They have a 3 for $99 deal that is awesome! There prices are reasonable and they do a great job! I love my hair! Thanks Jen!
