I have went here for years, and have even been willing to switch my appointment to accommodate another customer. However they are unwilling to accommodate me. I paid for a hair trial and received some crappy do, she said well it will be better on the wedding day. Isn't that why I paid for it now? To see what it would look like. It used to be a good place, no more though.
