Ideal Image of Grand Rapids is a very welcoming and friendly place! All the ladies are polite and conversational. They really make you feel supported and appreciated! And the results? FANTASTIC! I am a 59 year old woman who has been going to Ideal Image in Grand Rapids MI for laser hair removal of the face and neck. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable, taking time to explain the procedures and what to expect. No more waxing or tweezing! This will make a big difference for me I'm really excited about the results since having laser hair removal AND recently having ultherapy which is a skin lifting and tightening procedure. Their expertise and positive attitudes make it more like a spa experience.
Love the staff there, all are super friendly and know their job well. I am very happy with the results I've had so far.
