Shannon's massages are just great!!! I have been going on a regular basis after work and she really makes a difference helping me to cope with work stress. She is very professional and skilled at what she does. I will definitively will continue visiting the Spa. Maggie.

The Crown Jewel is the most beautiful spa I've been to in Grand Rapids. I've told my family that they never have to wonder what to get me for Christmas or birthdays anymore--they just put money on my account for a massage. Such a treat!

I've been going to the Crown Jewel for about 4 years now every 4 weeks for a haircut. If you are a guy looking for a great haircut, go see Maliree. You're relaxed the moment you walk in the front door. Waterfalls, usually a hot hand towel for your face and hands, and an offer of coffee, tea or some kind of flavored water. Maliree simply does a great mans' haircut. She takes her time and pays attention to the details. I think the extra long hair wash with temple massage adds value as well. Strongly recommend the Crown Jewel
