I was there for about 10 mins before someone said something to me! After getting a full set I noticed they were not even or smooth on the top it was all bumpy like they didnt file it enough. After 3 days 2 nails fell off....Im disabled so I don't work or use my hand all that much for them to fall off already. by the end of the first week 4 nails had fallen off. Now this was on the weekend and monday was a holiday so I went in on tuesday to talk to the owner. She was very rude and said I should have come in sooner. I explained that it was when they were closed for a holiday and before then only 1 had fallen off and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. She re-did my nails but still charged me $15 and bitched at me the whole time saying it was 2 weeks after I had them done when I kept telling her it had only been a week and 1 day! I will never go back and they are in desperate need of customers ...maybe they shouldnt be so bitchy
