We bought a hot tub three years ago. It was a floor model from Lilac Festival. It needed some warranty work a few times and they took care of it every time free of charge. It is still working great today. The service guy was always friendly and timely.
We bought our pool from Pettis 3 years ago. There is now a pretty big rust spot on our pool which I believe should be repaired under the warranty. I have been trying to get an answer from Pettis for well over a month now. After weeks of calling, they finally scheduled someone to come out to look at it. He did not show up. After more calls the man came out, looked at the pool, and handed me a quote for $350. I told him the pool should be covered under the warranty and he said he knew nothing about that, I would have to take that up with Pettis. I have now called and emailed several more times. When I spoke with Karen, she promised to follow up with her service department but I still have not had one phone call or email. It has now been 6 weeks since I contacted them and I am not any closer to an answer or solution. I would never recommend Pettis to anyone.

The staff takes the whole family-owned thing very seriously. They are willing to take their time to answer questions. A nice change in today's world of "couldn't care less" clerks and salespeople!
