I have been receiving lazer hair removal treatments at American Lazer Skincare for over a year and have seen NO results! I unfortunately had to miss my last appointment due to a flight delay and when I called to reschedule I was told I had to pay a fee of $75! Not only was I unaware of a fee but they went back and charged me for 3 other missed appointment from over a year ago...again...never told me of this fee until now, If this was the policy, why was I not charged or made aware until now. Not only do the treatments not work but apparently they can charge customers fees without notice. I am very displeased with this company and advise all people looking into there services to look elsewhere.
I have been going to the American Laser Center for a year and a half. The staff is incredibly accomodating and friendly. Since I live 45 minutes away and have a difficult schedule, they have been incredibly flexible with creating appointments. Getting your leg hair lasered is slightly uncomfortable, but the technicians do a great job making the appointment fun, so I don't mind. I would highly recommend using this facility. They have reasonable sales and great customer service.
