I stumbled upon La Salon Bianca by complete accident. I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure and the place I was supposed to go had to cancel my appointment. I looked for the nearest salon and when I called for an appointment they said come right in!! As I waited for my appointment I was watching a stylist cut a customer’s hair. As I was getting my pedicure I was able to watch the whole style. Thinking about how I wanted to cut my hair “shorter” and into a current style, I knew that stylist was the one to do it. I introduced myself to her and she gave me her card. When I got enough courage to cut my hair, I made my appointment with Mackenzie Hutchings. I showed her the style I wanted using several pictures. I loved my hair after my haircut. I LOVED it! I’m glad that I found my new stylist and knowing she is located in Henrietta which is extremely convenient for me (since I live there) makes it even better. Now I don’t want to forget about my pedicure…. Tracy Kovac was the nail technician who gave me my pedicure. It was probably the most relaxing pedicure I ever had. My feet were all nice and ready for my vacation!! Everyone is so nice at La Salon Bianca. From the wonderful greeting at the door, which is accompanied by a beverage to the check out where you make your next appointment. I look forward to going to my appointments!! Hi--this message is for Audrey. MY 'DO ROCKS! I've had many compliments--first thing in the door this morning, from a male co-worker, "New hairstyle? And color! Like it!" LOL And the bigger news? Because of your explanation and instruction on how to keep my scalp healthy and the fab head exfoliating you gave me yesterday, no dry scalp this morning! I came across La Salon Bianca last year after trying a few other places in Rochester based on "reputation" (i.e - Scott Miller, Sheer Ego, Ulta..the list goes on and on) and left feeling extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and upset because I felt that I had not only wasted my time, but also my money. I had even once been told by a senior stylist at a reputable salon there was no way to achieve the hair color I wanted it and that I should just accept it! After coming across this salon online, I had almost given up hope but decided to make an appointment anyways. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made. After setting up my appointment with Tracy (who was extremely friendly and helpful), Marissa was scheduled to color my hair. In the past, my very difficult to color light blonde hair had been incorrectly processed and I basically had no hope that I would ever have my hair to the shade of blonde I wanted it to be. However, Marissa confidently knew exactly how to fix the problems of previous colorists and made me feel at ease. Her attention to detail, time and effort she puts into my hair is incredible. My hair came out feeling so soft and the color was gorgeous-just what I always had in mind! Marissa is so sweet, talented and has great expertise in coloring. This girl has got it down to a exact science. The salon itself is very affordable, clean and accommodating. LOVE the Chai drinks for my early morning appointments. Also, hats-off to all the staff members as they seem to always have a smile on their faces and make you feel relaxed. I will NEVER go to another salon in Rochester ever. Ladies (or gentlemen) - please visit this salon if you've been dissatisfied with other places in the area. Unlike many other places, you even have the option to set up your appointment at ease online! Before getting my hair done, I don't have that usual sick feeling when I didn't know if my hair would turn out to be another disappointment and money thrown down the drain. I never usually write reviews, but I felt beyond obligated to do so this case. I cannot speak highly enough of this salon. You will not go home without less than perfect hair.
