Loved this place! After watching a Tyra special on the gross chairs and jet systems that most manicure and pedicure places use, my mom and I decided to never get our feet done. Gross. BUT, my aunt found this place which uses individual bowls for each client's pedicure and you just feel comfort in knowing that no one else uses the same bowl. Also, it was our first time and everyone at the boutique greeted my mom and I with a huge smile and a very professional attitude. The customer service was phenomenal!!!! They go out of their way to make you feel at home and answer any questions you might have. Also, my mom and I had a pedicure with Elizabeth and she was AMAZING. Totally sweet, funny, and kind. Just an enjoyable hour with her during the pedicure. All of the employees were personable and simply professional and that is why my mom and I will be back very soon. Definitely recommend it! And it's nice to feel spoiled every now and then! :)

The people who work at Waterlily are so nice and friendly. They are also very clean and hygenic with everything they do at waterlily. They use a different stick each time they put wax on your legs, just to be clean, and they use a different table cover, brushes for makeup, etc. I love it there. As a high school student, spas can be a bit awkward, but not Waterlily.

What an amazing experience!! Went in for an eye brow wax and came out with a full face of complimentary Laura Mercier makeup! I have been to a lot of spas in the rochester area and that was by far the best service I have ever had and at very reasonable prices. Waterlily just made a customer for life!
