I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2010 and I've visited three locations in the city. Those locations are in Midtown, Germantown, and Collierville. I'd give each location three stars with the exception of Midtown. I would rate them with one star. My personal experience at Midtown was awful. I found them to be unprofessional and deceitful. They would consistently mix up my appointment times in order to take my prepaid massage credits away. After a year of this nonsense I finally moved on. I would never visit that location again and due to this I am unable to use my birthday credits.I think that is unfair, but we will keep it moving with the review. Collierville was OK, but I found the environment was not that relaxing because you could hear the chatter and laughter of the employees in the hallway and break room. I recently tried the Germantown location and... I like it!!! Soon as you walk into the establishment relaxation greets you at the door. The quiet room is actually quiet and it remains quiet for the duration of your massage. My current Tech's name is Abigail and she is wonderful!!! I will be at this location for awhile. There are many locations to chose from and I would recommend any of them except Midtown. I also hear that Ashley at Collierville is very good.
