Absolutely loved my experience at Pavo. My stylist was wonderful and took the time to help me choose a great style. She was fun and just the best. The staff is really nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. I think I found a salon I can stick with for a long time and a stylist I love.

There are times I'm blonde and there are times I'm brunette and sometimes I throw some red in with it. Pavo Salon is fabulous. It doesn't matter why you're there, massage, hair, facial, pedi, you'll have a great experience. One time when I was first going, I had a scheduling problem. I almost left and didn't return. I was upset and letting my emotions get the best of me. It was one of those days. I'm so glad I didn't let one bad experience ruin that. Every business will have situations that arise, it's how those situations are handled that make all the difference. That day it happened, I actually decided to talk with the owner, and for the record I wasn't being my normal sweet self. : ) I think his name is Scott???? He handled my situation within minutes and went above and beyond to rectify it. He conveyed understanding and appreciation for talking with him, he acted quickly, and discounted my service, and never once acted put out by my pleasant demeanor. He is truly a professional. I've never had a single problem since, but I know if I did, they would take care of me. I'm Pavo for life or as long as I live close anyway and if I move I might just kidnap Sarah and take her with me. Several years of color experience here. Sarah is completely remarkable. I've lived in Hawaii, Iowa, California, Arkansas and Tennessee. I've never had a better experience anywhere.

Pavo is perfect. The salon just gets everything right. The look, the experience, the professional and innovative staff. You couldn't ask for a more perfect place. I love it.

Pavo is one of the best salons I have been to. This is the pace to go when you have a hair crisis because between their stylists and their amazing products, they can bring damaged hair back to life. I have never been disappointed with their results and I always leave knowing my hair is healthy and lovely. It's worth every penny.

This is the only place I have found where I get a consistent cut and color, exactly the way I like it. Stephanie has been doing my hair for years and has worked with me to keep my look stylish but still me. It is worth the money, but I also love saving up my Aveda points and cashing them in for a gift certificate toward my cut and color.
