A horrible experience. Very disappointed in the quality of services. Booked a couples package for my husband and I and received the most horrible customer service. In addition, we were very disappointed with the quality of the massage. We waited 15 mins before getting started for our scheduled appointment, only to be rushed through lunch because "they" were behind schedule. Then to add insult, after being rushed, we were told that we couldn't get the manicure, which was a part of the package, because the manicurist had "other appointments" scheduled. When we voiced our disappointment to management, we were told that the staff reported that we didn't receive service because "we" took too long in the dressing room. In a nutshell, we were lying and it was all "our" fault.
For an experience that was suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable, Gould ruined the day. Definitely not worth your time or money.
