Love this place! I had a massage, facial, and manicure pedicure, wine. Didn't know what to think when I saw the older building but this is a very very very cute little day spa with a nice ambiance inside. Everyone was professional and personable. I will say this was one of the best spa treatments I've received in a long time. I'll be back

I went to my appointment as scheduled and Tisha Lundy was my message thearpist. She is an unprofessional individual and made me feel more stressed out by the time I left than before I got there. She is also a poor massage therapist, she seem very uninterested in her work and on top of that she cut my message to 30 minutes instead of the full hour I paid for. So instead of crediting me for a half hour and allowing me to make another half hour appointment, she booted me out as fast as she could and offered nothing. I was so taken back by her I was ready to get the hell out of there! And frankly will never go back! What a waste of time and money!

I have received several manicure and pedicures from Renaissance and I must say the I have enjoyed my experience every time. The atmosphere was very serene and comfortable. They were very professional with me and explained how I could care for my nails and so forth. Also I have received a facial for the first time. The technician was very knowlegeable about the products she was using and explained how I could better improve my skincare regimen. I do recommend this day spa to everyone.

My visit started out okay, and the massage was average. But I was booked for an hour and a half massage, and they stopped after an hour! When I explained this to them, expecting to only pay for an hour, I was given all kinds of excuses and forced to pay the full amount ( I say forced because they require a credit card number to book, so I would have been charged regardless). I left the office less than an hour and a half after I got there, having wasted my budget for a well-needed massage (I have shoulder pain) and feeling cheated. Not to mention the place has no "atmosphere" to speak of. Stay Away!
