I have been a client of Charles for several years. My experiences at the salon have been nothing short of amazing. Fabulous customer service- I've even contacted Charles at home for hair emergencies. He always finds time in his schedule. Kelsey is super fun company and does great eyelashes! The atmosphere is relaxing- beautiful studio. I would never go anywhere else!
I absolutely LOVED my experience at HAIRthesalon. I got highlights, toning, and a cut by Kelsey who paid close attention to detail and listened to exactly what I wanted. The entire HAIR team of Charles, Kelsey and Crys made sure I felt comfortable and happy during every portion of my appointment. The salon itself is located in the heart of downtown Richmond and is clean, sleek and chic. I plan on going back for my next appointment!
Moved to Richmond close to a year ago. Needed a place to get my hair cut when I stumbled across Hair. The staff was super friendly and I loved the feel of the Salon. Kelsey ended up cutting my hair and I haven't even tried anywhere else since. Great place. Ask for Kelsey
