I have extremely curly and unruly hair in which causes me to be nervous about who cuts it. The stylist didn't only cut and style my hair perfectly, but taught me how to style it myself. I am grateful that she took the extra time to make sure I knew how to keep the style she gave me going. It was such a comfortable atmosphere to get my hair done and I didn't fret at all during the hair cut.

Definitely not the worst salon I've been to, but for the price, I was a bit disappointed. While it looks very nice in the salon and the atmosphere is comfortable, my color did not turn out how I requested, it fried my hair and faded quicker than the jar of Manic Panic I usually go for. Not to mention all the staining on my scalp and forehead. Although I was quoted about $90, I was charged closer to $120 for a solid color and trim. Next time, I'll do it myself like usual.

Platinum Salon treated me well when I got my hair done there! Great management and awesome professional stylists plus, kind staff! Very clean place! I was very impressed with how elegant and classy it looked in there! I highly recommend!

First off...Cierra is an amazing stylist, she takes time to actually listen to what you want and does it so if you don't get your hair done by her, YOU SHOULD. The salon is awesome, such a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I live in Williamsburg and make the drive down to Norfolk, and it is so worth it. I highly recommend this salon. LOVE IT!!!! :)

I had time off work today and drove from Virginia Beach to Norfolk because i heard so many wonderful things about the spa. I started with a 60 min massage which was amazing, then onto a haircut which ended up with a hot towel and scalp massage. My day ended up with a pedicure which was so relaxing and rejuvenating it was my first time getting one and i can tell you it won't be my last. Next time it will be a manicure and a tanning session. I highly recommend this Salon and Day Spa it's well worth the trip no matter where you live
