I have been coming to Battisti's for over twenty years and have watched the salon expand and update. Through it all I have received the utmost in service and care. Iggy has been my stylist and the compliments I receive on my hair have kept me coming. Lara has been taking care of my facial needs and making me more beautiful as a result. Most important, however, is the feeling one gets as soon as you cross the thresh hold. Sandy greets you like a friend. It's like coming home! I have a family that is concerned about my well being. It is just not a business but a place I truly enjoy coming to. Thank you to the entire staff. Lorraine
I have been going to the Battisti family, since 1975, when father, Joe had his chair at the Rochester airport. I have continued and only let one of the boys touch my hair. Lora is wonderful and sees to my sugaring needs about my face. My wife and daughter have also used the salon and spa. To say the least, the Battisti's (including mother Gina) treat us like family and we feel the same about them.
