By far the best costumer service and a hair salon! i came in looking like a NYC subway rat to donate my hair to Panteen rather than to locks of love, donated 14 inches and left looking like a star! Katie was very understanding, patient, and informative! This was the most wonderful hair salon experience I've ever had. Thank you so much guys, keep on doing a great job!

I've been going there for over a year now. Nice place, wonderful staff and great services at extremely reasonable and affordable prices!!! I'm so happy I found this place. I have been going to Luxe Spa for two years now!! I couldn't be happier with my experience there. I left a hair dresser I had for over 15 years, it was not easy change. I go to Jennifer, she's wonderful. She made the transition easy!! Doesn't hurt that I can enjoy a glass of wine while I am there. I also have had my eyebrows done on several occasions and done both manicure and pedicures. All services have been great!! I highly recommend Luxe Spa!!

Luxe spa is truely a spa. When you are at the spa the atmosphere takes you away from the Rochester area. Truly a relaxing time.They treat you very well. The services are complete. Always enjoy myself.

Beautiful!I absolutely love going to Luxe Spa. It is always a treat. The atmosphere is so relaxing, pedicures are my favorite, but hair,facial, reiki, massage, laser, gift shop, make-up ..I've tried them all and never been disappointed.
