I saw Dr Loss at this practice. I found her to be a fantastic dermatologist. She is extremely detail oriented and really took the time to listen to my concern and to examine a lesion that I had been worried about. I found that not only did she take great care of my skin, she also really put my mind at ease. I would not hesitate to send any of my family members to this office because I know they will get great care. I have also used their spa and really enjoyed the experience.

I had been searching for a dermatology practice in the area and found Dermatology Associates of Rochester to be very accomodating. They scheduled me immediately and I found the practice to be very efficient and helpful. I was seen quickly, without a long wait in the waiting room. Their staff was friendly and professional. Best of all, I found Dr. Loss to be thorough, understanding and helpful. I am glad I found this practice and will definitely be referring my friends and family there.

I took my 9 year old son to Dermatology Associates of Rochester to have a wart removed on his foot. We were given an ice pack to numb the area while in the waiting room so his experience would be as comfortable as possible. Around 5 minutes later we were taken to the back. We has treated by Ann Marie Ebling, who talked my son through the entire procedure and kept him at ease. Communications were excellent. Scheduling was excellent (squeezed us in before the new year at my request - an insurance thing). Treatment was excellent. Our experience was easily 5 stars.

I went to Dermatology Associates of Rochester for my first CoolSculpting treatment today and had a great experience. From the staff to the small important details like the lovely dressing rooms, I was very pleased with my visit. Even though I was slightly uncomfortable with two suctions on either side of my love handles, they made me feel very calm and comfortable. In the beginning I was a little nervous because I was unsure of what it would feel like, but Doctor Lesley Loss talked me through it the entire time which was very helpful. After the suctions were attached, they helped me sit down to a point where I was comfortable and gave me two buzz buttons in case I needed anything but they set me up perfectly so I didn't think I would need them. I had my ipad, I was prepped up with cushions and had a nice glass of water right in front of me. I had some work to do, so I just typed away on my ipad and the hour flew buy. It was NOT at all painful. It was just a constant pulling feeling, like a clamp that you eventually get used to. At one point I felt a little popping, or so I thought, my sides were completely numb I am not sure I knew what I was feeling, but I actually pressed the button worried something was falling off and in seconds Katie, Lesley's assistant was there to help me. I told her my concern and she checked and made sure everything was still suctioned, which it was, but Doctor Loss came in anyway to double check. Everything was fine, but they took my concern seriously which made me feel better and then they told me I was almost done anyway which was a surprise I thought I had a lot more time to go. I am overall very happy with the procedure and look forward to seeing the results!

I have been going to Dermatology Associates of Rochester for the past 15 years as a patient for both medical reasons, as well as a patron several different times for the Spa. Dr. Lesley Loss is one of the most genuine and dedicated doctors I have dealt with in any specialty, so much so that I have been returning to the practice from out of state for the last 8 years. What more needs to be said than that I am willing to get on a plane to continue to get this level of care.
