Had a massage yesterday at Massage Envy (Massage Heights is JUST AS BAD!). I'll tell you, the old saying is TRUE--You get what you pay for! I know Massage Envy (Massage Heights is JUST AS BAD) pays poverty wages to their poor LMT's, so they're NOT going to have good LMT's. Well, the LMT that worked on me that they are paying the POVERTY wages to REALLY hurt my neck. I've had symptoms today all day today that feel like whiplash, and where the Massage Envy LMT went under my bone in my upper back, I actually have a laceration from their fingernail. My wife had to clean it and put Neosporin on it today. Clearly, when you pay LMT's POVERTY wages, they are either 1--too dumb to realize they're being exploited, or 2. too desperate to not accept a job. In either case, shame on Massage Envy (Massage Heights is JUST AS BAD) for exploiting educated, caring, intelligent medical professionals. A shame that Massage Envy (Massage Heights is JUST AS BAD) is all about maximizing the profits of the owners, on the backs of their desperate LMT's. Massage Heights is exactly as bad as Massage Envy!

Massage Envy experience was HORRIBLE. My poor Licensed Massage Therapist was clearly exhausted from performing massages like a slave. She said it was her 7th massage of the day. After 7 consecutive massages how could she possibly have any strenght left, poor thing! Not to mention the ravages of her body will probably only allow for this to be a VERY short career. Why don't we treat LMT's as the professional therapeutic practitioners that they are?? I've since learned that Massage Envy exploits and underpays their Licensed Massage Therapists. They make about the same as an entry level customer service representative at a major corporation! After all the rigorous training in medical sciences and physical body modalities and passing a New York State Board exam? This is disgusting. They've clearly jumped on the band wagon of American companies that USE their employees and pay bare bones wages so the CEO's can get their $1Million+ bonuses. Well, ya get what ya pay for honey, and why would skilled LMT's bust their butts for customer service rep wages?? Nurses with 1000 hours of training that sit for the LPN exam make double! I'll do my best to spread the word about the treatment and slave wages that Massage Envy pays their LMT's. Thanks for undercutting the salary of LMT's on a nation-wide level Massage Envy, nice job!!

I purchased the one year membership and then gave birth. I informed the person on the phone that I couldn't come in because I just given birth. She didn't give me any options to put a hold on my account. When I went to close my account that's when I was given the option to put a hold on my account but It would extend my subscription. I still had 6 massages in my account that were going to expire. That were not willing to work with me or give me an extra 30 days to use my massages. I lost almost $400. Do not purchase a subscription from them! THEY ALSO GIVE 50 MINUTE MASSAGES! They count getting undressed in the hour. Terrible!
