The deals are good and the bed and rooms are nice and clean, but the staff is terrible. There are one or two girls there that are nice, but the rest have terrible customer service skills! Plus I tried to call so many times and I left so many messages, and no one ever called me back. I wanted to renew my membership and I'm not going to anymore because no one got back to me.
