I went for my first ever waxing here, I had a wonderful gal named Zoe. She was completely professional and kept me very relaxed the whole time. Ive never been more please and will be continuing to go to Designers Denn and seeing her for all of my other needs later on!

Love this place. I have had waxing and haircut there and both were great. Good products and excellent staff!

I got some waxing done here. The esthetician was really, really nice, I thought she had a great personality for the job. However, they charge extra for an "extended Brazilian" that at any other place is just considered part of a Brazilian. My eyebrows turned out great, but still I found the price to be a bit overkill. Getting my legs done was a waste of time though, I left still covered in hair, even after I had let it grow the recommended amount of time before my appointment. Overall it really was just an okay experience. I don't feel the need to bash it but I don't really see a need to sing any praises, either.

I was given a mani/pedi gift certificate and was delighted to try Designer's Den. It is very attractive and appealing. The young women at the desk were aloof and not welcoming. With little direction after checking in, I was left to wait awkwardly until my appointment began. The mani/pedi area is secluded and soothing. The woman who did the work was pleasant and not too chatty. That is important because I do not want to partake in meaningless conversation at a time that I consider luxurious and self-indulgent. That said, the quality of the work was not spectacular, particularly for the price. My call - it's fine if you want something upscale to make you feel pampered, but not great work at a great price.
