If you have a lot of hair and want a keratin treatment this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!! The ditsy girl who did my treatment has no experience does not even know how to part hair, and even though she said she has done keratin treatment before, when I asked her how many she said one! but that was even a lie because she did not know that the treatment causes bother on the eyes because of the fumes of the blowdrying! ANYONE who has ever done a Keratin Treatment KNOWs that happens! ALSO, she did not even blow dry my hair correctly, because it was coming out tangled and all over the place. Thank goodness I brought my own hairdryer and decided to take charge before she WRECKED my hair!!! Keratin treatment requires one to flat iron the hair to seal the treatment!!! THIS NON-DILIGENT hairstylist did not even care to AT LEAST look up the process in f****ing YOUTUBE! She was speeding through flat ironing my hair and did not even want to comb through it until I told her to please comb it! IDK why I even paid the $140.00 they charged me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

I did a walk in for a trim and they did a horrible job. She did not part my hair or even spray it down. She only cut the ends and did not look at the layers. Then the other sales women had the nerve to try and sell me hair product when she had not even used it in my hair. Horrible experience.

I'm originally from Pittsburgh, so I frequent Ulta (occasionally Philip Pelusi or Aveda). When I attend college in University Park, PA I had to take a chance with a couple salons in the area. Euphoria Hair Design was an interesting venture... I loved the cut I received; a cute chin length bob that felt light on my heavy hair. However, the highlight and color was a different story. To make a long story short, the dye was okay at best and the highlights were brassy and damaged. I suppose the fact that it was bleached twice in a row didn't help. After being unsatisfied with the color and highlight, I was told to pay full cost to correct the job. Needless to say, I walked.
