I went there for chiropractic care. Not only does it include an adjustment, but work on soft tissue and posture training. Once I had a problem with them. As soon as I communicated my needs, they took care of it. By the way, the membership is a sweet deal. I have back problems because of my job and the membership allows me to get three extensive visits for only $100. I've never found a deal so good.

Very relaxing environment and the Massage gave me some much needed relaxation. The staff is warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. The prices are amazing especially with the current summer special I found on their website. I also took a chance and got a men's facial and it was my first one ever. Hey guys - give it a shot - its pretty cool. I would recommend the Lisa Robin Spa to anyone.

My girlfriend and I have been to the Lisa Robin Spa at Toftrees twice now and will definitely go back again. Both experiences were awesome. The massages were great and the staff were all extremely helpful and super friendly. I cannot speak highly enough about Lisa, Dr. Jon and their staff. I would highly recommend Lisa Robin to anyone looking for an awesome spa experience.

This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. I had a massage and facial that were disappointing. They used water that was out in a bowl for the facial that ended up getting cold for my 'facial'. The facial was no more than a gritty mud mask and warm towel (which the guy had to leave the room to go and get and took several minutes). Also, the worst part was people came into the room TWICE during my massage. Nothing like being almost naked and having a random person come walking in. It was someone who worked there- I have never had anything so unprofessional happen during a spa treatment. I have been to about six different spas and this place just lacks atmosphere and professionalism. I saw the Response from the owner- and wanted to make sure they know I am just a simple client who visited the spa and had a bad experience. I have no connections with any other spa. And I had called into the Spa to complain and was told a manager was going to call me back and they never did. this was a few weeks ago now. It is shameful you can't just admit someone made a mistake at your spa and apologize. Sad you need to blame Google or another spa in town. I have gone to some other spas before and after my visit here, both local and out-of-town, but i don't have any affiliations with any of them.

Been there a few times, first time was for back problem and care was great. Other times were for massage packages (gifts) and they were not great. Had first appt of the day on early Sat. morning and girl was 25 min late. What I'm told on the phone never seems to be the case when I arrive in person. The girls answering the phone are clueless, many of those giving massages aren't certified and seem to be transient students. I got a facial once and they used a drug-store dematology facial scrub-tool, which is horrible skin care. The whole place has an air of phony niceness. Their prices are decent but the service is amateur is best. Customer service is way below par.
