I have been a member of this location for 3 years. I can definitely tell its under new management by how nice everything is. The front desk staff is always so nice and pretty. And the new decor is a plus too! Previously I would've only bragged about my therapist but now the location is great all the way around.

buyer beware. my first massage was horrible, felt but it was my very first massage, i could hear all the employees chatting while imlaying there, i could hear the ups man bring a box in, its dropped on the floor and its on the other side of the wall to my room and it made the whole room shake. not relaxing at all. i could hear someones high heels lank clank clank up and down the hall. ugh!

NEGATIVE STARS INDEED-YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! This establishment, its employees and the manager Amy Corey are by far the worst representation of any personal service establishment I've ever been to. My experience with this company has been horrible and my recommendation would be to take the $39 introductory massage and RUN IN ANOTHER DIRECTION TO A MORE PROFESSIONAL AND BETTER RUN COMPANY. I signed up with the company and was faithfully getting my massages until I got pregnant. Once my massage credits had built up I decided to cancel my contract with the company. I went in June and spoke with a young lady (can't remember her name but she was a heavy set African american lady) and she suggested that I allow the credits to finish processing through August so that I would have more time to use the credits. (which was fine) well in September, September 8 to be exact, the company processed my card for $98, the payment for August and September. I called the company and asked for a manager to return my call. She never did. After my subsequent experience I see that my concern was unaddressed because the manager Amy Corey lacked professionalism as well. When I finally spoke with her on September 19, she basically told me if I could prove what happened, they would give me a refund. Although she knew the associate that had taken my contract cancellation, she still did not do anything to remedy the problem. Additionally when I tried to express my displeasure with the company and it's procedures she decided to go back and forth with me and 'make her point' although I had been paying my money to this company for well over a year now. Amy did not offer a resolution and I was highly displeased with the way the situation was handled. When I stated that I would contact the corporate office, Amy's response was that well we are franchised and there's nothing that the corporate office could do. Her lackluster and unprofessional response was equivalent to saying, "bend over lady and take it up the butt because we just screwed you." I would not ever recommend this establishment to anyone else. I have subsequently filed a complaint with BBB of midtown whether it does any good or not doesn't really matter to me but if this is the kind of service I have to look forward to especially when I pay my money and the company stands to gain from it, I think it's important to let unsuspecting people know so that they too will not end up in the same predicament. Ironically two of my co-workers were treated with the same level of "un-professionalism" that I was treated with and they too were given a hard time when trying to end their contract.

They told my husband that our contract with them could be cancelled at any time when he was deciding whether or not he should sign up. Well, he decided that he wanted to cancel after a few visits (we weren't very impressed with the quality of the service) and was told that despite what was said when he signed up, under no circumstances could he cancel (excluding death or relocation more than 25 miles from a facility) for an entire year. Go to Baptist Rehab Clinic on Exeter in Germantown for a high quality, affordable massage. They have liscensed therapeutic practitioners, and they only charge $39.99 - WITHOUT a contract. The massage is better, as is the service - hands down (pun intended).

I received I pre-natal massage. I've had them before at other locations and they've been wonderful. This massage was awful and the therapist sucked on hard candy throughout the session. I was VERY glad I only paid $39!
