Walked in and waited 5 minutes for someone to greet me to only discover, the appointment I had booked 3 weeks in advance wasn't on the books and ask if we could reschedule an hour and a half later! Worst service ever! Don't go here!!

This place was AWFUL! So awful that is this the FIRST review I have ever written. My friend and I planned a day of beauty with a pre-purchased Mani/Pedi from Half Off Depot. The lady who did my mani/pedi was nice, but had NO CLUE what she was doing. She never cleaned under my nails or clipped my cuticles. It took TWO hours!! TWO HOURS for a simple (BAD) mani/pedi. My nails chipped almost immediately and there were bubbles all over them. Terrible! The woman who did my friend's nails complained the WHOLE time about not getting paid enough and about the owner. Apparently the 3 women doing the mani/pedi's that day had just been hired 3 days before to do just these types to "deals." There are only 3 pedi stations and 2 mani stations. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I will never stray from my fav place Kim Nails in Huntersville even if this was a "good deal."

Do not go here!! I bought Eversave coupons for a manicure, pedicure, and massage for this spa. Eversave stated that you couldn't use the mani/pedi coupon & massage coupon during the same visit. However, when I called the spa I was told that I could so I scheduled my massage for 9am and my mani/pedi for 10. I was thrilled. I arrived at 8:50am and realized no one was there. The spa door stated they didn't open until 10. After waiting a few minutes, the nail tech arrived and let me in. She told me the appointment schedule only showed that I was getting a mani/pedi at 10. I was quite upset about this. She suggested I talk to the manager Eugene who schedules the appointments. He got there shortly after 10am and informed me that it wasn't his fault. He doesn't know how to talk to customers at all and has had 2 prior businesses in Charlotte that failed. The employees told me that he messes up the schedule all the time and that someone is in there complaining every other week. Stay away from this place unless you schedule your appointment with someone else besides him because it is a guarantee that he will mess it up!!!!!

I think that this is a great salon! It's very nice in there. I had a groupon for a mani n pedi and as soon as I got there I was seen. I end up setting a hair appt with Matisa and my hair cut and color turned out great. She's a great stylist and she did a good job on my mani n pedi! I'm glad I found a nice salon n spa close by!

Terrible experience. My friend and I had bought these as a GROUPON. We booked an appointment 3 weeks out! And when we should up there were 5 people booked for a pedicure for the same appointment. There were only three pedi chairs (of which only 2 worked). We ended up waiting 30 min for a pedicure and the people who shared our appointment waited over an hour! The actual pedicure was enjoyable, however my skin seemed to peel within 3 days of pedicure. When I called my friend a week later to see how hers held up - she said she had to get another one somewhere else because hers was terrible. When my friend went to the other salon they told her she needed to get pedicures more often due to dead skin. She told them she had just had one 6 days ago... they were shocked at the amount of skin that was neglected (or created) during the last pedi! We will never step foot in this place again. The only good part about the salon was how nice the lady was who did my mani/pedi. She was awesome.
