Great experience. I am a massage junkie. Go a lot, to a variety of places. This was one of the best massages I've had in a while. Excellent therapist who could find the knots in my back and really took the time to work them out. I feel great.
Just came out of my massage and I was very pleased. They offer an introductory rate of only $39 for an hour. The therapist and front desk staff was very friendly. They presented me with the membership program and it was a no brainer for me to sign up. I highly recommend this location.
I have been to Massage Envy in Arlington several times, and even became a member 2 weeks ago. I have had very good massage therapists, but the front desk staff are so annoyingly arrogant and unfocused on the customer that I hesitate to recommend them. I have given my feedback to them as well. If you can learn to ignore the attitude at the front desk, it is worth going for the massage!
This massage envy is not much better. Massage is alittle better but I agree they push sales at the front desk. I wanted a massage not pressure to spend money.
