Go Hollywood go! Best nail place in the east coast! you guys rock!

Every time I visit Hollywood Nails & Skin Salon I have an excellent experience. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and can give a perfect mani/pedi! I work at a nearby Hotel and it's great to know that we can send guests there and that they will be taken care of and no request is too great. I have tried many nail salons in Boston and Hollywood is the only one worth returning to every time. I especially love how clean everything is. Every time I get waxed or a manicure new equipment is used and everything is sterilized by hospital standard! I love Hollywood & I absolutely recommend this salon for anyone!

I've been going to this place for a little bit over a year and i am completely satisfied with it. I can't say it is fantastic because the pedicures and manicures wont take more than 15 to 20 min tops....but for the price and the location, it is pretty good. Plus, the place is always well maintained and clean. I have tried other places in Newbury St and it have been worse. If you want a pedicure or manicure with massage, oils, lotion, etc then you will never find it for this price anywhere else. Also, the lady that does the waxing is great. I've had done my eyebrows in other places before and they have done a very bad job. In terms of service, I have to disagree with the previous review and I respect other people's opinions. During the weekends, the place is most of the time packed and they are pretty good at accommodating you with whatever you need quickly. I don't go every week, usually I go maybe once every two months and the treat me very well. They always remember people and make them feel good. I have never noticed them being rude to people. Most of the employees have a language barrier, which makes it hard to understand what they are saying and it might lead to misunderstandings... but they always have a nice attitude with all their costumers. In summary I cant really complain...I like it!
