C-SPa and Crystal are FIVE STAR!!! Crystal has ruined me for all other massage therapists and facialists. She is the perfect combination of science, nature, and warmth. Her deep tissue techniques and pressure are incomparable to any other deep tissue massage I have had. Her treatments have, literally, been a key part of transforming my lifestyle after my second son was born and I returned to a very demanding career. She treats the entire person. I am grateful that she keeps abreast with my personal concerns regarding my skin and implements a practical home care regimen that produces amazing results. Crystal is the reason I have quit going to a dermatologist and buying other skin care products completely. This is coming from a Sephora addict. I go to her monthly and my skin has gone from oily and broken out to smooth and radiant with little to no acne. She explains the science behind each product while applying it during the facial. I have been to many spas and feel that most just put on products that don't actually do anything. My skin is completely new skin now. Crystal is one of the coolest people I've met living here and to skip a monthly facial with her would be the worst thing I can think of. I've gotten a great massage by Aaron as well, and am planning to get eyelashes put on by Crystal. This place is a hidden gem in Back Bay, where Newbury and Boylston have a bunch of spas with upscale environments and mediocre results. C-spa is a definite 11/10,
